BLINDFOLD is a 36x24 scratchboard illustration of a Highland cow I photographed at a nearby ranch, his heavy mane draped low, completely covering his eyes. Despite that, he seemed to stare right through me with quiet confidence, a bold presence that inspired this striking, high-contrast portrait.
