This decorative bowl features a hand-illustrated cowgirl, drawn from a photo of my daughter - set against the soft contrast of white slip. Crafted from tan speckled clay, it’s finished with a rustic, painterly glaze around the rim in tones of gold, brown, blue, and mossy green. Natural pinholes in the glaze and a raw, earthy texture make this piece rich in handmade character. Intended for display, storytelling, and holding a bit of the West at heart.
