Between Thoughts Series
ECHO is part of a three-piece mini series that captures quiet, in-between moments—the flicker of thought, a shift in awareness, a pause before movement. Centered on a single gentle giant, each illustration offers a different angle of presence: a glance, a breath, a subtle change in posture. Drawn with raw, deliberate lines, Between Thoughts reflects the inner stillness of an animal so often seen as rugged and stoic, revealing something more vulnerable and contemplative. My intention was to invite you, the viewer, to slow down and notice the unspoken, the emotion that lives between one thought and the next.
